Job Description:
A company is looking for a Social Media Director to lead its
social marketing strategy and enhance brand relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the social marketing strategy, promoting its
impact across the organization
Lead audience mapping, targeting, and paid media plans to support
key campaigns
Manage a team and oversee community management strategy and
operations
Required Qualifications
At least 12 years of experience in social marketing, preferably
with consumer brands
A minimum of 7 years of people management experience
Proven track record in developing impactful strategies
Strong analytical skills with a focus on brand and social
metrics
Minimum of HS/GED required
