Key Responsibilities
Manage designers and their processes to enhance team
productivity
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to set priorities
and guide product innovations
Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and improve
user experience
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience as a product designer
Experience managing or leading small product design teams
Background in building enterprise software for security or
developer experience
Ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly
experiences
Willingness to learn key workflows involved in relevant
products
