Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to
drive enablement initiatives and support sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute enablement initiatives for GTM teams
Develop and implement onboarding and ongoing development programs
for sales and customer success teams
Establish metrics and KPIs to demonstrate the effectiveness of
enablement programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a sales enablement role
Experience leading B2B enterprise enablement programs in a remote
setting
Experience developing enablement curriculum for various learning
formats
Experience working with product and marketing teams to create
high-value content
Strong project management and prioritization skills
