Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead HR Technology Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Configure changes in Workday & ServiceNow based on business
requirements
Lead the design and implementation of new Workday functionalities,
including testing and post-production support
Develop strong relationships with internal partners to understand
and support business requirements
Required Qualifications
Degree in business, management information systems, HR (CIPD), or
equivalent experience
Experience with case management, specifically ServiceNow
Experience with Human Capital Management systems, ideally
Workday
Strong analytical skills with a focus on timely solutions
Self-motivated with a customer service focus and the ability to
work on diverse project teams
