Samaritan Behavioral Health InstituteTherapist LSW/PC School ServicesThe Therapist primarily works in a school based setting with children, adolescents, adults andfamilies. Collaboration with community site staff is an integral part of the job responsibilities. Some service delivery maybe home, school or other community site-based. Responsibilities include performing initial and on-going diagnosticassessments; developing individualized service plans; providing clinical treatment, behavior interventions, communitypsychiatric support, case management, consultation, and prevention education services to community site staff, patientsand their family members. Persons performing this job are expected to contribute to the mental health team's achievingestablished productivity standards, and assist in developing and implementing program improvements.JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master degree in a relevant social science field. Licensed Social Worker. Training and experience in the types of services provided by the team, with age appropriate competency, using theDiagnostic and Statistical manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5)by Jobble
