Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM - Technical
Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and
ensure alignment with project goals
Oversee data migration efforts and ensure data integrity during the
process
Develop and implement custom solutions and optimize reporting
capabilities within the Oracle HCM system
Required Qualifications
Over seven years of IT experience, with at least three years in a
technical lead role for Oracle Cloud HCM
In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and technical
implementation
Proven experience with integration tools like Oracle Integration
Cloud
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling
