A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to drive its
benefits strategy and enhance employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance and optimize the organization's benefits programs to align
with company objectives
Establish processes for collecting and analyzing data related to
benefits utilization and trends
Engage with various departments to understand expectations and
concerns regarding benefits
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in
both private and public companies
Deep understanding of employee benefits programs (health insurance,
retirement plans, etc.)
Knowledge of local and international laws related to benefits and
compensation
Ability to negotiate effectively with providers and vendors
Experience with global mobility is a plus
