Position: Vice President of Asset ManagementLocation: Columbus,
OHJob Id: 5712# of Openings: 1What You'll Do:As the Vice President
of Asset Management, you'll oversee all asset management and
financial planning responsibilities for a growing portfolio of
approximately 12-15 diverse multifamily/student housing assets.
These responsibilities include: oversight and execution of the
investment's operational business plan and financial strategy,
communication with internal and external stakeholders, portfolio
analysis, capital improvement oversight, hold strategy planning,
and disposition execution.Where You'll Work:Located in downtown
Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons
which hosts over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the

clubroom and walk to some of the city's best restaurants and
downtown amenities.What You'll Own:
- Own and adapt each asset's business plan from acquisition
through disposition.
- Collaborate with our Operations and CapEx teams to direct
capital improvement and value-add initiatives.
- Analyze financial statements provided by property management
monthly to monitor operational execution and identify new
opportunities to drive asset performance.
- Stay current with all factors affecting markets and submarkets
associated with the portfolio, including demographics and changes
in supply and demand.
- Support our acquisition team's underwriting and business plan
development for deals in their pipeline.
- Complete monthly investment cashflow analysis for performance
monitoring and ownership distributions.
- Conduct monthly meetings with respective investors to review
updates and highlights.
- Conduct annual on-site property reviews and inspections.
- Review and approve annual operating budgets in conjunction with
the property management team.
- Other duties as directed and assigned.What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, management, economics,
finance, or accounting.
- 7-10 years of real estate, asset management, property
management, and/or investment experience in the multifamily
space.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment and asset
management principles.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, especially
Excel.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization
skills.
- Experience with student housing and conventional multifamily
asset types.Who You Are:
