Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. SOX IT Project Manager to lead
their SOX ITGC program and enhance IT compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the SOX ITGC expert and develop a plan to mature SOX IT
Compliance capabilities
Drive automation of SOX ITGC controls and conduct regular
compliance audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance
issues and prepare for external audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or
equivalent experience
Experience in executing IT Compliance processes with leadership
Preferred experience in a technical discipline such as software
engineering or IT administration
Knowledge of compliance frameworks like COSO or COBIT, or
willingness to learn
Familiarity with IT auditing tools and techniques is a plus
