The Counselor Assistant/Case Manager will primarily be responsible for the case plan of patients who are admitted to Adult Outpatient (ADOP). The Counselor Assistant/Case Manager will work with the lead counselor for chemical dependency counseling, case management, and treatment planning for patients..Counselor Assistant/Case Manager RequirementsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.
