Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday BA/PM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Workday project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring
alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and
document requirements for Workday configurations and
enhancements
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing
mitigation strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Workday Project Manager and/or Business
Analyst in an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation,
Absence, & Payroll Connection with Third party
Proficient in designing & developing Workday integrations
Experience in managing full project life cycles, from initiation to
post-implementation support
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems,
or a related field preferred
