Staff Accountant - Compensation

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant focused on compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Calculate and track commissions, bonuses, and 401K contributions
Prepare journal entries for payroll activity, commissions, and bonus accruals
Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts and provide documentation for audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting
4+ years of relevant experience as a compensation focused accountant
Proficiency in Excel, BI 360, and MS Dynamics GP
CPA certification is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
