Globe Life Liberty National Division- The Kafkis Agencies is seeking sales-minded professionals to disrupt the status quo in the insurance industry. The position involves face-to-face interactions with business owners to provide comprehensive benefit packages for employees. This role is designed with a fast track to management and offers a competitive compensation structure, including base pay and additional bonuses.Responsibilities

• Seek out and obtain new accounts using a proven worksite model
• Develop, mentor, and coach agents assigned and recruited to your team
• Present different benefit packages to HR executives and business owners
• Handle administrative claims and utilize spreadsheets as necessary
• Consult with employees using need-based analytics
• Enroll employees using proprietary enrollment software
• Attend leadership retreats and training conferences
• Drive company goals and objectives through strategic broker partnerships
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
• Provide support for claims or policy changes as neededRequirements
