Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Operations
to lead and scale its sales operations function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Revenue Operations strategy
to optimize performance across customer-facing teams
Direct strategies for sales force productivity, including quota and
pipeline management
Architect a roadmap for process improvement and champion a culture
of continuous operational excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA
preferred
12+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or
finance
Proficient in Salesforce.com and sales productivity tools
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in building
high-performing teams
Experience in preparing and scaling a company through high-growth
phases; IPO experience is a plus
