industries.We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level role as
Sales Operations Coordinator 2 to join our Kontron Family! We are
offering an administrative position in our sales team in the
Springfield-OH office. Our Springfield, OH group is specialized in
chassis and power supplies for modular, rugged computing systems
which are used in aerospace / defense, as well as in scientific
research applications. RequirementsActive sales work with existing
and new customers to generate leads and purchase
ordersCommunication and negotiation with customers to provide
product and sales process related informationGeneration and
processing/ managing of quotes and sales opportunitiesProcessing of
customer orders and management of resulting sales processPurchasing
and expediting (securing the quality and timely delivery of
goods)Communication with customers for order status /
trackingManaging domestic and international shipments with
UPS/FEDEX and other freight carriersMaintenance of customer data
base, price lists, sales data reports and statisticsSupport
business operation in daily needed tasksTravel approximately 20%.
The willingness for traveling to occasionally meet customers at
trade shows or on-site for sales and support would be
required.Qualifications: Associate / BA in business administration,
is required3-5 years of experienceCRM and ERP Software experience,
is requiredSkilled in the use of Microsoft Apps, is required20%
travel- to occasionally meet customers at trade shows or on-site
