Key Responsibilities

Assist patrons with customer support processes and technical questions related to ticketing
Document customer interactions and provide feedback for product improvement
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience


Required Qualifications

Legal authorization to work in the United States
1 year of relevant experience in customer support or call center roles
Proficiency in Google Products and working knowledge of databases
Experience with Zendesk and Eventive or similar ticketing systems preferred
