We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team.About the RoleAs a Neuroscience Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand creation by providing comprehensive clinical knowledge, executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market, and partnering to deploy approved services necessary to meet the needs of each account/customer. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute fully integrated account plans, leveraging your expertise in the CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
• Provide comprehensive clinical knowledge and support to customers, including Psychiatrists, Neurologists, and Institutional Accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute fully integrated account plans
• Stay up-to-date on reimbursement dynamics and anticipate and effectively address payer access issues
• Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environment to ensure compliance with Lundbeck policies and proceduresRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
  • Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends
