dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and
Logistics Division as a Logistics Operations Manager (2nd Shift) in
Clayton, OH.
The Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the
most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within

distribution. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts
Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics, segment
Procurement and the design and manufacture of Wear Components
(Undercarriage and GET) and Maintenance Components (Seals, Tubes &
Hardware, Hose & Couplings, Fluids and Filters).

Job Summary:
This Logistics Operations Manager (2nd Shift) oversees Distribution
Center operations with direct responsibility for up to 4 direct
reports and up to 80 hourly associates.
Additional Info :
This role is located in Clayton, OH and does not offer
relocation
This role is 2nd Shift : Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote
schedules
What You Will Do:
Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs
for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing
management team.
Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that safety, and
schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources
are used effectively.
Driving improvements for overall operations performance and
implementing safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
Inspires continuous improvement of logistics processes through
process improvement, prioritization, and project planning.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple
individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related
knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please
note that salary is only one component of total compensation at
Caterpillar.
