Industrial repair facility, in Middletown, OH, is looking for an experienced Rebuild Technician/Millwright. Applicants must have experience with gearbox rebuilds, industrial equipment, the ability to read prints, have a mechanical aptitude and be available to work flexible hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect all machinery and equipment of a manufacturing unit.
Assembling and disassembling machinery of a unit and ensuring the proper functioning of the same.
Detecting defect and malfunctions in the functioning of machines and repairing the same.
Refurbishing machinery and replacing parts to optimize output.
Placing orders for spare and replacement parts and filing order forms and documentations for the same.
Complying with all safety measures outlined by the company for all work processes.
Maintaining a record of all the maintenance work that has been conducted on the machinery.

Skills and Specifications

Should have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
Should have the ability to detect technical malfunctions and repair the same.
