Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Process Consultant (BPC)
to manage and execute software delivery and business process
consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure CDK configurations align with client business requirements
and provide best practice recommendations
Train clients on CDK solutions and mentor on-site associates to
enhance their expertise
Evaluate dealership processes and advocate for clients within the
organization
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in retail automotive
At least 2 years of experience in retail automotive management
Proficiency with MS Office products
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience transitioning to remote work with clients
