About the Role:We are seeking a highly responsible and reliable Van Driver to join our team at Hampton Inn Columbus Airport. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our guests to and from the airport and other local destinations. You will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience during their stay with us.Minimum Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to read and writeAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to operate a hand cartPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with frail elderly guestsKnowledge of floor care and maintenanceStrong personal hygiene practicesVisual acuity to operate a vehicle safelyResponsibilities:Transport guests to and from the airport and other local destinations in a safe and efficient mannerAssist guests with loading and unloading luggagePerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working conditionMaintain a clean and organized van interiorProvide excellent customer service to our guestsSkills:As a Van Driver, you will use your communication skills to interact with guests and provide excellent customer service. You will also use your driving skills to safely transport guests to their destinations. Additionally, you will use your organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized van interior. Your knowledge of floor care and maintenance will also come in handy when keeping the van clean.
