Responsibilities

Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and dent removal.
Utilize power tools and equipment for cutting, welding, and assembling parts.
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
Execute airless paint spraying techniques for finishing touches on repaired surfaces.
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Handle heavy lifting as required during the repair process, ensuring proper techniques are used.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body repair technology.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
Proficiency in using various power tools and equipment related to auto body work.
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to assemble and disassemble vehicle components.
Experience with welding and soldering techniques is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions.
Familiarity with dealership standards and practices is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
