Job Description:

A company is looking for a Coding Educator (Outpatient Facility) to provide training and mentoring to outpatient coding staff remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide training and education to outpatient coding staff
Mentor and support coding staff in their professional development
Adapt training methods to accommodate changes in coding practices and technologies

Required Qualifications

AHIMA or AAPC certification
3-5 years of experience in outpatient facility coding and auditing
Experience with 3M and Epic systems
Technical competency with remote connectivity tools
Proficiency in office software, including Outlook and Excel
