Develop and grow established book of contract surety business.

*** Train and develop new hires and junior associates.

*** Source new contract surety business opportunities with existing and new agency base.

*** Select or reject risk, price, and retain business.

*** Analyze and utilize available reports and tools to ensure competitive pricing, rating, and underwriting processes.

*** Assess risk quality and compliance.

*** Prepare annual premium and expense budgets.

*** Conduct adequate number of visits to producer and principal offices to retain existing accounts.
