Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Data Specialist to
coordinate renewal opportunities and manage vendor contract
lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the renewal process from account review to deal closure,
achieving quarterly bookings targets
Analyze account KPIs to identify opportunities for expansion and
ensure accurate quotes
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely deal closure
and improve renewal processes
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in a related field
3 years of experience in inside sales/customer service within the
IT sector
Knowledge of support contracts and maintenance renewals
Familiarity with contracts and terms of service
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
