A company is looking for a Remote - Roadside Assistance,
Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide empathetic support to customers during roadside
emergencies
Efficiently navigate a multi-screen web system while documenting
service details
Collaborate with service providers to ensure timely solutions for
customers
Required Qualifications:
Passion for helping others, supported by volunteer experience or
community involvement
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google
Workspace
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical
support, preferably in a contact center
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must reside in specific states including Alabama, Arizona, Florida,
Georgia, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, or Virginia
