Experienced Insertion Operator's Needed

Job Description:

Adecco, the world?s largest staffing company, is currently assisting a local client in their search for experienced Inserter Operators in Grove City, Ohio.

Production Mailroom Insertion operators need on second shift (3pm - 11pm) and third shift (11pm - 7am).

Performs basic clerical duties; includes running an inserter machine for statements, which may include hand stuffng of envelopes, sorting and distributing mail, maintaining simple logs, messenger duties and may be required to use a calculator.

INSERTER OPERATOR Job Description:

Operates the Bell & Howell and/or other intelligent inserter equipment on the production floor, during the assigned time frames, to the quality standards established by the Operations Manager and Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Include

-Job set up

-Equipment operation

-Mail sorting and tray-ing

-Completion of production paperwork

-Maintenance of a clean work area, as well as other duties and responsibilities assigned by the production supervisor

Additional Information:

-This is a full time shift position that adheres to the postal holiday schedule and requires flexibility to work overtime and various shift schedules

-Time is split between inserter operations and general related duties

Minimum Qualifications:

-High School degree or equivalent trade school training

-Minimum 1 years experience operating automated inserting equipment.

-Solid Math skills

-Solid written and verbal communications skills

-Ability to read and understand Zip reports

-Ability to sort and tray mail
