Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate accounting treatment for significant transactions and
research GAAP and SEC requirements
Review contracts for technical accounting matters and prepare
financial information for disclosures
Assist with external audits, prepare balance sheet analyses, and
ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification
4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
or a public company
Knowledge of GAAP, SEC, and SOX practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
