Job Description:

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead project teams in data modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Direct project teams and facilitate effective Agile practices
Assist in removing bottlenecks and improve team processes
Collaborate on project delivery roadmap and manage sprint planning activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar environment
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP)
US Citizenship required
