Key Responsibilities
Build, empower, and scale a high-performing recruiting team
Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and operations leaders
regarding product roadmaps and organizational design
Enhance the technical talent brand and candidate experience in
collaboration with the recruiting team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting with 5+ years
managing technical recruiting teams
Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to communicate data
findings and track program metrics
Experience partnering with leadership on recruiting program
strategies and hiring initiatives
Proven track record of building diverse and inclusive teams
Experience in a fast-paced environment with rapid company
scaling
