About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Jr. SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in the SAP domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the SAP FICO module.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.


Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues.


Participate in end-user training and documentation.


Work closely with the MM (Material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) teams to ensure seamless integration and process flows.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.


0 to 3 years of experience in SAP FICO, MM, and SD modules.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.


Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.



Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA.


Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.


Experience with data migration and system integration.
