Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer I to
provide technical support for users of its products.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve client support tickets efficiently to ensure
customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain process documentation to streamline support
procedures
Assist with basic SQL queries and collaborate with development
teams on troubleshooting and feature development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field
1-2 years of experience with C#, SQL, and APIs
Interpersonal skills that promote cooperation and flexibility
Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively
Experience in providing customer service directly to clients
