Description: Human Resources Generalist - Hybrid

questions about time off, leave of absence processes, and payroll
inquiries? As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll play a crucial
role in assisting our HR team with a variety of activities, from
administering leave management to supporting recruitment and
onboarding efforts. Are you ready to make a difference and

The Human Resources Generalist is part of a dynamic growing Human
Resources team and is responsible for providing exceptional support
to internal and external stakeholders. As the HR Generalist, you
will focus on providing support to managers and colleagues with
timesheets, leave management, disability management, and payroll
inquiries. This includes overseeing the leave of absence process,
resolving complex leave-related issues, verifying leave coding on
the HRCM, providing guidance on leave policies, and coordinating
with payroll to ensure accurate payments are made during leave
periods. Additionally, the role will support HR onboarding efforts
and contribute to general HR functions as needed.
