Nationwide ApplicantsSalary Range: ($79,000-$88,000) depending on

skills and knowledge of our case management and vocational
rehabilitation colleagues. You'll assess training needs, create
engaging materials, and coordinate various training formats to
ensure our team is well-prepared and continuously learning. Ready

ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Clinical and Training team
and key internal staff to effectively understand and address
training needs.Develop content and assist in the production of
training material and videos or multimedia products and learning
management systems in collaboration with other SGS colleagues, as
applicable.Design and develop training content within a learning
management system such as: Training Modules, Job Aids, Quick
Reference, Guides-Quizzes/Assessments, Help Menus-Instructor
Guides, and Performance Simulation Monitor Delivery of training
with tracking and measurement of outcomes.Develop training
evaluations to collect data about training effectiveness.Assist in
preparation and administration a knowledge assessment to establish
case management and rehabilitation colleague's competency prior to
beginning case assignments.Assist in reviewing existing or
developing new documentation, reference guides, training manuals,
and other training material as may be required, and in coordination
with program guidelinesSupport the maintenance of training records
for individual employees.QualificationsBachelor's degree in
nursing, education, healthcare, or a related field
preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in education or training &
development and evaluation as nurse case manager, vocational
rehabilitation counselor or in a workers compensation claims
environmentMinimum 2 years' experience in creating web-based
e-learning modules.Federal Government Program experience
preferredProficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, strong analytical skills in
interpreting data, and the ability to multi-task effectively.Must
be well organized, efficient, and able to work independently and
within a teamResponsible for having reliable High-Speed Cable or
Fiber Optic Internet service and Internet Router in established
home officeMust have Excellent Communication Skills via Phone,
E-Mail, Text, Verbal, Documentation Skills, ability to create and
complete comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written
reportsU.S. CitizenshipPrior to training candidates must be able to
pass a preliminary credit and background checkThe ability to obtain
