Golden Reserve is looking to hire a full-time In-House Recruiter who specializes in recruiting for financial institutions to work out of our Dublin Ohio Corporate Office. This position pays up to $75,000.00 base pay based on experience, with uncapped bonus potential for placements (estimating $20,000+ of additional production compensation, based on performance). You will be asked to find and source financial service professionals that meet specific industry standards and will need to be fully vetted to ensure they are a good fit for Golden Reserve. You must love what you do and be fulfilled by finding candidates that are an ideal fit for our company culture and will be here for years to come.Self-Starter: At Golden Reserve, we do not micro-manage. You must be able to use your recruiting skills, and entrepreneurial nature to individually source candidates on a consistent basis.
