Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Senior Employment
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-house legal counsel on labor, employment, and benefits
matters
Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and benefits
documents
Oversee complex litigation and manage e-litigation/matter
management systems
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA accredited university and state
bar membership
10+ years of legal experience in labor, employment, and benefits
law
Experience managing complex litigation
Experience in counseling clients on labor, employment, and benefits
matters
Preferred experience with healthcare laws and regulations
