Job Description: Assist Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance. Lead and develop Team Members. Ensure a positive company image, provide courteous service, and follow team and store Standard Operating Procedures.Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Develop creative store layout, manage product merchandising, achieve sales and labor targets, assist with sales and expense projections, and maintain inventory.
• Team Management: Select, train, develop, and mentor Team Members, foster a positive environment, and maintain Team Member safety and security standards.
• Customer Service: Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs, and direct Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.Requirements:
  • Skills: High energy, enthusiastic, good math skills, growth mindset, excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills, product knowledge, and regulatory awareness.
  • Experience: 18+ months retail experience and 6+ months supervisory experience.
