Gpac is working with a client company in Western Ohio who is seeking a Second Shift Quality Assurance Supervisor. This meat processing facility has been in business for almost 75 years, and they have steadily grown since! • Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food science or related
• 1-3 years QA experience in a leadership capacity
• HACCP certified
• Working knowledge of plant sanitation practices and regulatory requirements for meat products
• SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOP and Food defense training
• Food manufacturing experience
• Background in inspection and auditing activitiesResponsibilities:
  • Maintaining customer complaints and product complaints
  • Verifying and filing daily HACCP and QA documents
  • Conduct third-party audits
  • Liaison with USDA inspectors
  • Write SOPs as needed
  • Monitor all Pathogen testing and Pest Control program
