  • Job Title: Radiology / Cardiology
  • Location: PHP Atrium Medical Center, Middletown, Ohio
  • Shift: 4x9 (36 hours)
  • Call requirements: 30-minute response time (every fourth weekend and 2 nights per week)
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • General responsibilities include advanced practice cardiac cath and peripheral angiography, electrophysiologic studies, and cardiac device implantation procedures.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have cardiac cath lab experience > 1 yr.
    • Prefer EP (electrophysiology) experience, EPIC, and MacLab.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 730-1700 Days - (4x9 hr/shifts)
      • Weekend call starts at 1700 Friday and goes to 0730 Monday.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • 3 cath labs - IR, CATH, EP
        • Fast paced, high acuity Cath lab.
          • Additional Details
          • I9 required per contract.
          • Government Issued Photo ID is required.
          • E-Verify required per contract.
          • Proof of Name Change required if applicable.
          • Residency Declaration Form required if using a Compact Nursing license.
