Description:


Operation Specialist

Specific Skills Needed:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience required
1-3 years of experience in business operations
Strong attention to detail is essential
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Customer service, experience working with a CRM application such as SalesForce or C4C, strong communication and writing skills (email correspondence with new customers), attention to detail, excel, data entry, process improvement, excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize, time management.

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Support the client system entry efforts to support client master data governance policies. Ability to self direct data processing request forms received via request tracking tool and take direction from Manager while ensuring at least 99% accuracy of entries into the system. . Work on projects such as the analysis of reports, data, communications, and data maintenance, based on specific data validation rules.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

A. Data entry and maintenance for core business systems
1. Perform data entry functions as requested through request system.
2. Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces.

3. B. New Functionality
1. Identify and document business rules and requirements under supervision of Manager.
2. Document possible solutions to any open issues during project development and testing phases.
3. Prepare written communications such as notes and support notes to new features or system changes.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience required

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Data entry in to SAP IS Retail, PLM, JDA, JB, etc.
B. Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects.
C. Support team members and new initiatives as needed.


Notes:
HYBRID: - 2x a week in Mason, OH
Hours: 8-5pm
