iDEAL Hire is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in COLUMBUS, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit
• Discipline: RN
• Start Date: 03/10/2025
• Duration: 26 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel 1 year exp required in PCU/Stepdown. Oncology preferred, NOT required - WILL TRAIN
  --- Familiarity with Pyxis medication system required.
  --- BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
  
  Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
  
  - Knowledge of Rapid Response Teams.
  
  - Competency in gastrointestinal care.
  
  - Proficient in feeding tube care and management.
  
  - Skilled in IV therapy and phlebotomy.
  
  - Previous experience with blood product administration.
  
  - Understanding of peripheral line care and management.
  
  - Proficiency in starting IVs.
  
  Preferred Experience:
  --- Previous experience in oncology, specifically in inpatient oncology and/or outpatient chemo infusion cente
