  • James Clinical Resource Unit - ONC/MS TELE EXP - 12 D/N or 12 NIGHTS
  • Minimum 2 + years of M/S level or higher required! ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED! EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
  • Comprehensive Cancer Center, 318 acute care beds. All inpatient units/ 36 beds. Units are specialized by cancer diagnosis.
  • Floating to MedSurg units including: BMT, Acute Leukemia, Hematology, Medical Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, Urology, Colorectal, Surgical Oncology, Corrections Healthcare
  • Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls
  • Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5
  • Weekends - variable based on unit needs
  • No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff
  • Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule
  • First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift. Five shifts of bedside orientation b/t weeks 2 and 3, then independent
