• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy certification required for Oncology RNs
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course preferred for ER
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring required for L&D
• Tech Cert Verification - National preferred, not required for OR Tech / Surgical Tech
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement not required for Non-Clinical APN
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing needed if no valid comp exam on file
• State License 1 Verification required
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) certain requirements for RNs and LPN/LVNs

  • Acute medical surgical unit (oncology) with some tele monitored patients, 25+ private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high. No vented patients. 1:5-6 nurse patient ratio.
    • Job Requirements
    • 1.5 years of MS/Tele exp
    • Large hospital exp and level I or II trauma required
    • Must be able to read & interpret Telemetry independently, strong neuro assessment skills
    • Epic EMR experience
    • Navy scrubs required.

      • SHIFT: 3x12's Night Shift (1900-0730), every Sunday & every other Fri/Sat, every other holiday
      • First to float
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Description: Acute medical surgical unit (oncology) with some tele monitored patients, 25+ private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high. No vented patients. 1:5-6 nurse patient ratio.
          • Additional Details
          • APN Candidates: I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required.
          • Hospice, Home Health, or anyone required to drive for their position: Requires a copy of driver's license with them at all times.
          • Residency Declaration Form required noting the 'date declared' should be when the candidate began living in the state.
