Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Data
Entry Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Process and enter medication orders accurately and timely
Perform medication history interviews and counseling on food-drug
interactions
Maintain patient records and verify the accuracy of patient and
prescription information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must be a fully licensed technician in the State of Indiana
Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) license required
Completion of required employer orientation and ongoing
training
Ability to learn and retain information regarding product names and
drug usages
Proficient in using various software programs for prescription
processing
