We are looking for a National Account Manager to help us build and
strengthen strategic relationships with their assigned National
Accounts. As a Trex National Account Manager, you will be looked to
as an innovator and expected to drive growth through effective
program implementation, market expansion, and collaboration with
the internal sales team and external partners. This role is a key
member of our Sales team.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires 50% - 75% overnight travel for customer
meetings, trainings, and conferences. A valid driver's license is
required.
JOB LOCATION
Preferred locations include Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH;
Columbus, OH; or Cincinnati, OH.
We are also open to candidates located on the East Coast who reside
near a major airport, as this role requires regular travel.
POSITION TYPE
Full-Time/Regular
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for proven sales leaders who hold a Bachelor's
degree and have a minimum of 8 years of sales experience with a
strong track record of delivering outstanding results. Candidates
must also have at least 3 years of experience managing key account
relationships in a strategic, customer-facing role. We want to hear
from you if you have previous experience as an Account Manager or
District Manager.

SALARY
Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 annually.
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for
potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base
salary and does not account for other benefits or additional
compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also
eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in
addition to the base salary.

factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and
geographic location. We are committed to maintaining pay equity and
consider the internal equity of our existing team members when
