Job Overview:
Under the direction of the department manager/director, this
position has responsibility to supervise daily operations of the
department or area. This accountability encompasses: operations or
patient care outcomes as applicable, service excellence, human
resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance,
and communication. Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive
environment that fosters professional growth and retention.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational
program in Nursing
Registered Nurse OR Other Allied Health Degree

Assists in assuring the delivery of quality patient care to achieve
desired outcomes. Participates in formulation/revision of unit
clinical and administrative practice policies and procedures in
