Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Experience Manager to
manage and grow business relationships with real estate
investors.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main advisor and point of contact for strategic
borrowers throughout the loan origination process
Partner with the New Business team to close new deals and originate
significant loan volume
Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers by acting as
a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience and account management
experience
3 years of mortgage experience (both non-QM and QM)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
Experience in formulating and presenting solutions based on
customer needs
Spanish speaking is a bonus
