Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regulatory
Medical Writing to support the Oncology therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities
Lead medical writing activities in the Hematologic Malignancies
disease area and manage a team of internal writers
Write or coordinate clinical and regulatory documents, driving
content and scientific strategy
Guide and train cross-functional team members on processes and best
practices, while identifying departmental process improvements
Required Qualifications
University/college degree required; Masters or PhD preferred
At least 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical/scientific experience,
with a minimum of 8 years in regulatory medical writing
At least 2 years of people management experience
Experience in project management and process improvement
Strong leadership and people management skills
