Job Description:
A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager II to manage
agency sales in a defined territory while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Recommend agencies for profit-sharing and sales initiatives
Solicit and appoint new agencies while evaluating their
potential
Exceed production and profitability goals by managing agents
effectively
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
5 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
Supervisory experience is required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of degree
