Position Summary: The Manager, Residential Services, provides support, coaching, mentoring, input, training, and direction for the daily provision of clinical services based on evidence-based practices for clients in residential care. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and standardization of services, including curriculum and special programs, for clinical services offered in residential settings at The Crossroads Center.     • Direct day-to-day supervision of residential clinicians, behavioral health technician supervisor/behavioral health technicians, peer support specialists, and the care coordinator.
    • Ensures the efficacy of services provided through residential care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
      • Conduct performance reviews, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, scheduling, conflict resolution, and active supervision for residential team members.
      • Coach and mentor residential team members to maintain and enhance effective services.
      • Foster an environment of open communication and continuous learning.
      • Utilize evidence-based and culturally specific models of care to promote recovery.
      • Ensure continuous curriculum development and usage by clinicians.
      • Participate in performance improvement activities by measuring, tracking, and submitting data on identified opportunities for improvement.
      • Develop and implement techniques, procedures, and systems to continuously improve service quality and expand programs.
      • Ensure adherence to the daily schedule of residential services by team members and clients.
      • Facilitate treatment teams for clients and clinicians in residential care.
      • Maintain communication between team members across the organization.
      • Engage with mental health court team members and clients to maintain presence and communication.
      • Monitor and ensure timely completion of documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while providing feedback to clinicians.
      • Provide coverage during absences to ensure consistent service provision.
      • Collaborate with the Management Team to introduce new ideas and enhance services.
      • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements:
        • Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties effectively.
        • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
        • Master's degree in social work and/or counseling.
        • LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-CS required.
        • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a clinical role with progressive leadership responsibilities.
        • Experience in multiple treatment settings (e.g., inpatient, partial, outpatient, and/or residential) is a plus.
        • Demonstrated knowledge, use, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
        • Experience in providing work/clinical supervision and knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines affecting the operations of a treatment program. Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis position requires regular use of hands, fingers, and the ability to communicate effectively. The Care Coordinator will frequently be required to walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and drive. Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds is necessary. The work may include driving to various locations and providing transportation for clients.
